Spring Fever Tea
An anti-inflammatory and bioflavonoid rich blend of traditional herbs to help soothe itchy eyes and calm the sinus symptoms of hay fever.
Ingredients: Eyebright*, Yarrow*, Nettle*, Echinacea*, Gingko*, Rosehips*, Elderberries*, Marshmallow root*, Rosemary* & Ginger*.

Directions: Place 2 tsp of herb per 1 cup of boiling water in a teapot or tea ball and infuse for 5 - 15 minutes. Cover tea with a lid or small plate whilst steeping to retain the therapeutic volatile oils.
Strain tea and add sweetener if desired or chill and add fruit for a refreshing iced tea. Enjoy!
