An enticing combination of liver supporting roasted dandelion, chicory and carob blended with traditional chai spices to keep you warm and toasty.
Add 1-2 tbs of tea to a pot with 2 cups of cold water. Gently bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Add milk of choice and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
Strain tea and sweeten if desired. The strained herb can be resimmered with fresh water and enjoyed once more.
