The essential oils ofGrapefruit, Mandarine, Lemon, and Basil work together to provide an invigorating and energizing aroma that helps to uplift the senses and improve mood. Grapefruit oil is known for its ability to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote detoxification, while Mandarine oil has a calming and soothing effect on the nervous system. Lemon oil helps to brighten and rejuvenate the skin, while Basil oil provides a refreshing and uplifting aroma that helps to reduce stress and anxiety.
The Bach flower essences used in this mist are chosen for their ability to promote positivity and motivation. Gorse, Hornbeam, Elm, and Mustard essences are believed to help overcome feelings of hopelessness, fatigue, and uncertainty, promoting a sense of motivation and optimism.

Directions: Shake bottle well before use. Hold body mist 20 cm from face and body, close eyes and spray lightly. Inhale deeply.
