Please Note: Unprecendented sales have expended all of the californian poppy I harvested last summer. I will plant more this spring to increase my harvest next summer but in the meantime, the californian poppy has been replaced with Linden Flowers and I have also added beautiful cornflowers. Simply drift off and get the deep restful sleep you need with this gently hypnotic blend of soothing organic herbs.
Ingredients:
Passionflower*, Chamomile*, Lemon balm*, Catnip*, Oat seed and straw*, Marshmallow root* Linden flowers and Cornflowers. (Californian poppy* is currently out of stock).

Directions: Place 1 - 2 tsp of herb per 1 cup of boiling water in a teapot or tea ball and infuse for 5 - 15 minutes. Cover tea with a lid or small plate whilst steeping to retain the therapeutic volatile oils. Strain tea and add sweetener if desired or chill and add fruit for a refreshing iced tea. Enjoy!
